The fund uses a research framework to identify quality stocks with durable competitive advantages alongside robust business models, and therefore strong and sustainable long-term growth potential. The portfolio is actively managed in reference to the MSCI World Small Cap Index, which will be used as a target benchmark against which fund performance will be measured and evaluated over time. ESG evaluation is integrated throughout the investment process, using the Columbia Threadneedle ESG Materiality Rating model and also exclusion screening. The fund has a portfolio of >80 holdings.
